    Question Beyond the Reef

    Was this song cut from a movie? If so, which movie? It's interesting, but I don't know any background for this particular song.

    This is the only thing I could find about Beyond the Reef, if you'll read the description. It must have been like most every other Elvis song, he heard it, loved it & recorded it. I'm not completely surprised that Red was the lead singer - only surprised that Col. Tom let it happen, but then it probably wasn't recorded & released while Elvis was alive. Anyone have info on that?

    I think this song first appeared on the silver boxset from 1980.I think it was unreleased at the time.Somewhat of an informal recording if I remember right.
