I don't have any of those.....but I'm sure "Walk A Mile In My Shoes" would be my favorite. I love that era from Elvis.

Voted 50's Masters
I did it my way.
Well Sarah...I don't have any of these yet......but I'm with Kelly...I think I would pick "Walk A Mile In My Shoes"...but if I'd actually see the song lists, I may change my mind...
...who knows?
Daddy, I miss you more every day. You will always be my hero..
All the boxed sets mentioned above are FANTASTIC, really hard to choose because it's all Elvis, but the 50's box was really something else, (and certainly a first in the Elvis catalog), when it was first released in the summer of '92 ...
I am like King Creole, I love all 3 of them but I voted the 50's
Bos Set. Dovey![]()
I love From Nashville to Memphis
ELVIS THE KING - TODAY TOMORROW & FOREVER
No real preference....like all three. If i had to choose, the it would be the 70s masters![]()

America has contributed four things to the world that are really unique: Baseball, Coca-Cola, Mickey Mouse and Elvis Presley. And only one of them is human - - Jerry Hopkins - "Elvis" - A Biography.
I too love all three but voted for Nashville to Memphis.although walk a mile in my shoes is one of my favorites

I love them all, but I must pick "The king of rock and roll" box set. I grew up with Elvis music since I was 9 years old and I like him better in his early years basic, raw , dynamic unadulterated and innocent.
I have none of them But they all sound good to me![]()
I love the 70's music dearly, but it lost a little stature in my eyes by just not being complete. Of course the 60's box wasn't really complete either. The 70's set should have had the complete studio recordings though.
As far as the all around package goes, I vote for the 60's box. His most overlooked era of music. It sounded great, his voice was surpreme, covered the widest range of styles. That's the one I can just pop in and enjoy the most.
"I can't see my reflection in the water. I can't speak the sounds that show no pain. I can't hear the echo of my footsteps. I can't remember the sound of my own name" - Tomorrow Is A Long Time
would have to be the 70's box set for me although the 60's one comes a very close second...........rickster.
I love the 70s ... but hey the other two are a must for collectors ..
Just voted for Walk A Mile In My Shoes - bought all the boxsets (Complete 50's Masters, Essential 60's Masters I & II and Essential 70's Masters) from the fantastic The Elvis Shop in London back in 2003 and have loved them ever since
I wish they would remaster all these sets and expand the 60's and 70's set to be complete. Or, just have one big box that has the complete studio recordings in chronological order along with all live albums released in his lifetime.
