Thread: Who turned you on to Elvis...?

  1. #21
It's been great reading everyone's stories.

I think it's incredible that there are many younger Elvis fans discovering music. When I read someone has been a fan for only a year or a few months, to me it seems strange because he was around all of my life and my family is an Elvis family. No matter how you got interested in him, that you got to that point is great, espcially for those younger fans and fans who have only been fans for such a short time.

Have a blast discovering the man and his talent. And remember, it's all about the music!

Well, after visiting Graceland in 2005, and, MY LIFE HAS CHANGED (for the better obviously) could not believe for one second that i had been in Elvis's house. Who ? ME ! And i came home, could not stop thinking about it, put on Elvis By The Presley's, and well, i guess that's when it started.

I was not into Elvis' music, didn't hate it, didn't like it.

No one turned me on to Elvis but Elvis himself. I heard him on the radio in 1956 and I was done for.
