You Are Right on that they don't have rights on His Elvis only his name and his voice to point, Turner have rights most his movies now TTWII and EOT they own 100% and RCA/BMG Own Records They Did.
EPE had Rights of some records tapes, they sold them back in 1980's, most them was own by Tom Parker.
