I look at it like this. If EP fans want to believe that these are all just bogus or lies, then more power to them. But the reality is is that most don't want to think it's remotely possible for him to still be alive. I for one don't want to believe it either. But you cannot ignore facts and unsolved mysteries like these. There are too many weird coincidences and unexplained facts listed and many new ones being discovered.
Me personally would be pissed off if he were found alive after all these years while myself and millions of other fans alike have spent the past 30 years mourning him and wishing we had new music and that he was still with us.
The only way we will ever know for fact that he did indeed fake his death is if a exhumation actually gets permitted by a court of law. To say that no court would spend tax paying dollars on this or to even reopen his records for a hearing is inaccurate and flat out in denial. With the right amount of evidence brought forth, they could reopen it in a heartbeat. But until the IRS agent being mentioned in this issue comes forward, there won't be any exhumation taking place at EP's grave anytime soon. It could happen years from now. I have always wondered why Vernon requested for EP's autopsy records not to be seen publicly until 2027. That's a mystery itself.
