I personally wouldn't go that far to call it a new live experience, but I'd call it a good performance. Elvis is, as usual in 1972, very formal and delivers an excellent show. His voice is good and so is the programme he sang that night. The sound is very good for an audience recording.
To say that the sound on this import is only average to good for an audience recording is not correct. In fact it is a very clear and full sounding audience recording - IMO one of the best. And I have a lot of audience recordings to compare with.
