Yesterday I received my new book The Concert Years. All I can say is WOW!!!!! Thanks to the Col. for showing me a buyer that was reasonable. I didn't have to use any of my son's Law School tuition money to get it.

    FANTASTIC NEWS ROSANNE!!!!

Enjoy your book....it is definitely a must-have in any Elvis' fans collection, but especially the 70's Elvis fans!!! The re-prints of concert reviews are just fantastic and really help to tell the story of Elvis' concert years....both good and bad.

There are definitely some nice photos in the book pal, no doubt about it. I just like to stress to people, when they ask me about the book, that if they are looking for a concert photo book, then THE CONCERT YEARS is really not what they are looking for.

But if someone is looking for a book which chronicles Elvis' tours and gives some insight into Elvis' shows during the 1970's, then THE CONCERT YEARS is exactly what they are looking for!!

Agreed buddy while not a photo book it still has some real gem's in it ! But like you say more of an in depth look at the shows etc. I love how in the back of the book it has the complete tour list's with the dates, and the jumpsuit's worn !!

I really like Tunzi's books, but they really are quite pricey and this time around, I thought the price was a bit too steep on this one!!!

But I will definitely look forward to the reviews you guys post when you receive your copies!!!

Agreed Mike they are really pricey that's for sure. I'm just now saving for Portraits that one looks amazing to my eyes!!

Besides, the only place I could fine to order the 68 at 40 was on Elvis.com.au and their prices are really steep so think I will holdout until I find it at a cheaper price..
