I've known that she knew him for some time because I'd heard interviews in which Red or Sonny West mentioned she had an uncredited part in a movie
and More recently Sonny saying something recently in his book that he didn't how He didn't notice that she was in that movie at the time because he later was into her .

He knew her of course, since she also appeared briefly in Roustabout.
You can spot her right at the beginning, together with the students that enter the bar.

And I always thought she was taking a shower at the carny, right after Elvis first arrival there, but she doesn't write that.

You are right Sonny, there are pictures of Rachel in that shower scene along with I think two other girls, and I think the bar and the shower scenes were the only two in which she appeared in Roustabout.

Truth is, Raquel didn't know Elvis at all, from all accounts, Elvis got along famously with women, and not just for sex, on a personal level.
