Here's another idea for a live album. How about a best of April 1972 (if not a full complete show) of the 3 remaining unreleased shows? A CD that would represent the best of EP live and in his prime as a live entertainer. When it was still about being on stage because he wanted to and not because he had to for financial purposes. This would be the set list featuring all of the recorded songs combined to create the ultimate performance release.
STANDING ROOM ONLY - LIVE ON TOUR APRIL 1972

See See Rider
I Got A Woman/Amen
Proud Mary
Never Been To Spain
Until It's Time For You To Go
Polk Salad Annie

Are You Lonesome Tonight
Hound Dog
Heartbreak Hotel

I think this would be a kick a$$ single CD release for the main stream.
