Okay, then let's pull another one. Again, what's wrong with this pic?
Matt, I suspect you will know so let's give the others a head start.
The fringes off the left arm are straight as opposed to the ones on the other arm.
Anything else?
Diane
Go on................!
Temperature is rising![]()
All right, first of all this one is really tough as I have all my albums packed away so had no fast access to the original photo. I finally found it in the 70's gallery on this site (do you know there are 88 pages in there?). Anyway I lucked out on page 52 but my ink cartridges are running out so still have no clear picture of the original.
I did find a couple of strands of the fringe on the right hand side of Elvis' chest that are slightly turned but are straight on the original photo.
The rest I will leave up to someone else to figure out on this one.
Diane
Okay Diane, I'll give it to you. The fringes are fake. If you look at his left hand you can see it's a mirror image of the right hand. The fringes are added by computer by nobody less that Sean Shaver. This way he could fool people into "new" material.
Ahh, now I understand why Silvester took that particular jumpsuit out of his list and photos and you don't have it in your jumpsuit gallery!
I'm assuming that these arm fringes were added to a picture of the short fringe jumpsuit then and deleted the beads? Well in any case, that one has to come out of my album - no such suit!

I know the answer Matt, but I will keep it up my sleeve for a while. Let's first give the fellow members a chance. But I have to say, nice work....
The one on the left is the fake. His glasses weren't tinted grey. That was a great job Matt!
Diane
Wooohooo Matt thanks, that was an easy one - can't you get tougher?
Diane
Okay, Maybe this one is a toughy.....
As you can see it's the sleeve of the "Harum Scarum" album. But there is something wrong with it.......
This one is a toughy Leroy and will take some time. In the meantime, I wish someone would provide a little competition.......anyone?
Diane
I've gone over and over this picture Leroy and so far all I've been able to see is that your copy of the picture is lighter, clearer and sharper than any original I've been able to find. Will try again in the morning when I'm fresher.

That was it. RCA put the picture on the album the wrong way.
Yes Diane, his glasses weren't tinted grey
Ohhhhh how dare they!I would never have guessed that. Thanks for letting me off the hook.
