what if Elvis had changed his life...

I was reading the Larry Geller interview, that was posted on this site, and I became excited about what he said about Elvis, who wanted to change his life.I heard that after the upcoming tour Elvis would take a year off,and get himself back on track,in Hawaii. In the interview,he said how Elvis wanted to do this, and i thought that that would have been so great...and I really wanted to hope he had the change to do this, but unfortunately he died.
I was wondering about, how things could have happen, and if he really was back on track and feeling good, what could he do...
I was thinking and thought that he could have give a concert in the Midsouth Coliseum, and shows everybody the new Elvis, who had lost weight and performed a great concert, with oldies, but also very nice new stuff...man,I really wished that that took place...how are your ideas about this subject?
I'd like to go to Graceland
    Memphis,Tennessee

I have heard that Colonel Tom Parker already had deals being set up for Elvis to tour through most of 1978.I don't know if it's true.It doesn't sound right to me but it couldbe true.

How about if the only recovery is getting away from the temptation?
