Yes, I received it through the post fri and it's absolutely fascinating with fantastic pics of many of the King's famous jumpsuits There's a nice intro on pg 3 ["If the songs don't go over, we can do a medley of the costumes"]. The I GOT LUCKY SUIT is featured along with the WHITE SLEEKSUIT from 1970 on pg 4-5.The famous LONG FRINGE suit from 1970 is on page 7.
The gorgeous CISCO KID suits are on pg-9- blue, black, and green fantastic! The OWL suit from ELVIS ON TOUR 72 is also featured. Page 12-13 has the fantastic ORANGE TARGET suit from the the "RAISED ON ROCK" album cover, brilliant!
The AMERICAN EAGLE suit [1974] from the LIVE IN L.A. BOOK and CD are included too.My favorite is the stunning KING OF SPADES-73-74 [FRONT COVER]and on pages 16-17 the detail is mindblowing, this is the stunning suit worn in Las Vegas in 1973 [Closing Night FTD] and AS RECORDED LIVE ON STAGE IN MEMPHIS -FTD 1974[and is also known by fans as the Memphis suit]
The INCA GOLD suit is featured too - this was on the cover of the classic TODAY album, this jumpsuit is also a favorite and I immediately went and played the FTD version of the TODAY CD.
This 35 page Book is superb and is essential for fans of Presley's jumpsuit years. There are other suits featured too such as: the BLUE RAINBOW.ON STAGE SUIT,BEADED FRINGE, RED LADDER [THAT'S THE WAY IT IS]CONQUISTADORS[73-74]CHINESE DRAGON and STONE EAGLE plus some later 70s suits - INDIAN FEATHER,FLAME, GYPSY,and the DARK BLUE AZTEC. Finally, a fantastic Book for fans of Elvis Presley's 70s jumpsuits.![]()
