"Long Legged Girl with the Short Dress On" is tech. the fastest as far as music notes goes
As far as beats per minutes go, I am not sure. Just using my ear, I would say "See See Rider" and "I Got A Woman" were extremely fast. They got faster as the 70s wore on.
"Talk About the Good Times" is another fast number.
