New owners to Shopelvis.com ?

Yeah...it actually threw me for a loop yesterday when I called to order some FTD CD's and the operator I spoke with informed me that Music Today had taken over the Shop Elvis operation from eFashions.

But I do have to say that the operator I spoke with yesterday was very pleasant and even recommended a couple of items to me, whereas the operators I spoke with when I have placed previous orders when eFashions was in charge seemed a bit less friendly and more business only to me, so that was a plus in my opinion!!

Now we'll see if the CD's I ordered arrive as quickly from this new company as they did from eFashions...

UPDATE ON NEW SHOPELVIS.COM OPERATORS!!!

Can't say I am really impressed with the time it took for my CD's to arrive!!

I placed my order on a Tuesday afternoon, received the e-mail confirmation of my order that same day, then received an e-mail that my order had been shipped the next day (Wednesday)!! But, despite my paying almost an extra $5.00 for PRIORITY shipping, it took 7 business days for my package to arrive to me here in New York....and the package was shipped from Virginia!!! (With the old company eFashions, priority mail meant I would have my package in 2-3 days!)

I realize that when I ordered my CD's, I was told that it could take 5-7 business days for my package to arrive despite my paying for priority postage but still....Virginia is only a couple of states away from New York, and it was a bit disappointing that it took the full 7 business days for the CD's to arrive...

Hopefully this is all just because the new operators of ShopElvis are getting their feet on the ground and that things will improve as they get better organized...

Just wanted to share this with everyone who might be ordering from them in the near future!!

That is true Unchained....the overall layout of the new site is much easier to browse than before...that is one good thing!!
