The photographs are from the June 28th 1973 concert in St.Louis, MO. at the Kiel Auditorium.
The photo above show Elvis making his imitation of Napoleon Bonaparte. Indeed that French Emperor had the habit of putting his right hand into his coat, and it seems Elvis decided that was also suited for a " King ".

And where are the pics from on this thread of Elvis in the suit with the guys in the cowboy hats? And what year?
There were two different version. One version that is very familiar is the 1973 "Nail Studded Suit" which we knoe from some of his 1973 performances.
The second version is the "Nail Mirrored Suit" which has an identical pattern but instead of Tiger Eye stones they used tiny rounded mirrors. This suit was used during the afternoon show on March 3rd, 1974 at the Houston Astrodome. I have attached two examples I have recreated to illustrate.

Absolutely one of my favorite suits! I love it!! And Elvis looked so good in it too. I think that I like the "Nail Mirrored Suit" the best...but either will work for me!

15 march 1974 Knoxville, TN --> blue target suit was worn that day (2:30pm)
This is probably the best suit Elvis had, it looks busy but understated with the silver Ab (aurora borealis cabochon's ) jewels. The belt is amazing also and perfects the suit, and makes it a rich looking suit rather then flashy because of the suttle silver color. this belt was worn also with the egyptian suit and is displayed at graceland with the multi colored rain suit, and must say it makes that suit look even rich looking because the belt has horizontal stone pattern and the multi rain suit has vertical pattern , it just sets it prefetcly. does anyone know where this suit is or why its not on display ? the mirror version was sold but this suit has never been on display, only the belt.
