    Cosby took over Elvis' engagement at the Hilton when he cancelled in August 1975. That's the only connection I've heard of ...

    I suppose he is referinmg to the fact of Elvis introducing Cosby on September 2nd 1974 when after a big build up Cosby isn't even present (anymore ?) at the concert ....
