I was always under the impression that was a picture of a young Elvis. I remember seeing it in a tribute magazine from right after Elvis's death that my mother kept. If it isn't, who is it? I can see though how you might think it isn't Elvis, because of the eyes and some features don't look much like other photos out there of a young Elvis.

Yes, it was in a lot of tribute mags after he died. But it's most definitely not him. It doesn't even look like the toddler Elvis.

As for who it really is ... who knows?
