I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt if many outtakes from Elvis movies have survived beyond the few that have been released in some way. Keeping film work parts and outtakes was costly from the 30s thru the 70s and alot was just destroyed. But who knows at the bottom of some studio mine shaft there may be all kinds of stuff waiting to be found.
