TCBEP is right, it goes back to when the "Elvis is alive" stories were floating around saying that he had been spotted at a Burger King in Kalamazoo, Michigan, thus the jokes.I have never heard this.

I loved the energizer battery commercial, you know where they show the gas station attendant with all kinds of Elvis artifacts in his little office, then as EP is pumping gas, the guy can't get his camera to work because his batteries died out, it was really well done.
