I agree 100% the August 1970 season was the best Elvis ever was. I have almost the whole concert on dvd and I watch it all the time. Although I think the song list selction was better at the Midnight show on the 12th (disc 2 on the TTWII cd box set).

There are a lot of people who think his August 12th 1970 midnight show, was his greatest performance ever, judging by the clips I've seen from that show, it's tough to disagree!
Well, it is tought to say that it was his best ever, but I would have to say that it was one of his better ones.
