Was this suit worn in January/February 1971? I'm asking because I have seen pictures of him wearing it with the 1956 Gibson J200N

This suit made it's debut in July, during the Lake Tahoe season. During the early part of the season he was still using the Gibson J-200.

On elvisconcerts.com it states that this suit was also worn on February 11 and 21, 1971 in Las Vegas.

This is a great simple suit. the more i see pictures the more i like it. this would have been a great suit to see in different colors and different stone buckle colors for options. imagine this suit in black with red stone buckles.

Probably the last of the great simpler jumpsuits before they got more and more elaborate and i have to say it was the simpler ones i liked most. They had more class and looked more slick. Their was some great suits to come like the Aloha and others but for me they never matched the freshness and look of the early ones from 1970 & 71.

I like the clean look of these type of suits. I'm a really big fan of the 2 and 3 piece suits.

The early suits were so much less busy in nature-I loved that simpler look which complimented Elvis greatly IMO
    Work in Progress!
