    Rare live songs

Are there any more rare live songs from the 70's like "You Can Have Her," "You're the Reason I'm Living," "Alright, Okay, You Win," "When The Snow Is On The Roses," "Folsom Prison Blues/ I Walk the Line," "Turn Around, Look At Me," "Jambalaya," "I'm Leavin' It Up To You," ?

What about the bit of "Ave Maria" before going into the ending of "I Got A Woman."

How often did he sing "My Babe"? I just got Elvis in Person at the International and I really, really like it. I've never heard it before. Don't know if it's rare.

I've heard a little bit of this, but the quality is really bad. Is there a cd with good quality?

Where can I find "Portrait of my Love" also "Folsom Prison Blues/ I Walk The Line" and other rare ones? Also what are the best versions of "Jambalaya" and "Hail Hail Rock n' Roll"? Thank you guys.

I might be completely wrong but I think "Hail Hail Rock and Roll" is "School Days"? If it is then a great, no whistles or crackles and good stereo, recording on it is on "Goodbye Memphis" a great all round double CD of Elvis on 7th May 1976. On that CD its called "School Days" but Elvis sings "hail Hail Rock and Roll". Hope I'm right, if not I'm not being as helpful as I intend.

It's very large article about 15 pages long, covers lots of rare concert songs.

He also sang Trouble and Raised On Rock at the opening show in Las Vegas on 8-6-73. He kept Trouble in the show for the remainder of this engagement, but never sand ROR again.

He also sang Amazing Grace (instead of Amen) immediately after I Got A Woman at a show in Las Vegas, August 1973. I used to have it on tape (can't recall the date)

In Las Vegas, January 1971, he sang Only Believe one time. He also sang Snowbird a couple of times during this engagement as well.

Ok, this has a long explaination. You all know that movie Final Destination 3. Well, my niece and I was watching it today and it had this kinda creepy song called "Turn Around, Look at Me" that caught both of our ears. So I went online to see if I can find it for my ipod. Come to find out, Elvis sang that song in concert live. It totally took me by surprise! Idk why.

Yes, that performance was short but very sweet. Those Asheville '75 shows were fantastic.

A number of the songs you see on lists like this are often just a line or so, like the one mentioned (not the case with Turn Around, Look At Me).
...you won't forget me when I go.

I think he sang "Pieces of My Life" one time in one of those Asheville shows, I've heard it, but the sound quality was pretty poor. Despite the sound of the recording, he did a really good job with the song. I wish he would of kept it in his lineup for a while; it is a beautiful song.
