sounds good, would like to see Lisa do that too!
I wouldn't mind seeing lisa sing some of elvis songs, she did a great job in that song DON'T CRY DADDY.

I'd be very happy if Lisa never sang again.
As the old saying goes, she couldn't carry a tune in a bucket!!![]()
I'd like to see (or hear?) her do a version of Walking in Memphis. Cher did a version a while back that I really liked and I think that Lisa could do it well too.
Yeh I've also wondered about her cutting lose on an Elvis song as well. I'd love to see her have some fun. That would be a hoot!
I would love to hear Lisa do Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd. She did Heartbreaker (Pat Benatar) for a while in concert and it sounded really good.
It would be very nice if she just quit because if her name was Lisa Marie Hansson noone would buy her cd`s, shes a ok singer but not in top 300 worldwide.

The music Lisa sings is for the new generation. Teensagers love her music, and so do l for that matter!

I'm not a teenager, I agree with you Presley. I respect the way Lisa is herself, and it shows through her songs. I've been known to sing "*****" lol. I enjoy "Dirty Laundry". "Nobody Noticed" is confronting and a wonderful tribute, I identify with that song and feel the same. Lisa brings me to tears, I don't know how she gets it out. Lisa is Elvis' little girl, his joy.
I read when Lisa was younger, that she used to sing Pat Benatar songs. I used to belt out Pat Benatar songs, too (amongst other "rocker chick" songs).
In fact, we went to see Evanescence the other week, I guess I just like listening to "rocker chicks" lol, perhaps I'm one at heart. I wish there were more, and it is obvious Lisa is appreciated, as she has thousands of fans.

I wish the best for Lisa marie, it is hard to live up to her dad image and what people expect from her and her music. Lisa has her own unique way of writing and singing, and it nice that some of her songs reflect her father in one way or another.

I'd think it would be really cool to see Lisa Marie do a country album! Country music is becoming more like rock more and more everyday, and I'd think it would be great! She would kill the competition in it's tracks!

May I respectfully ask the Moderators, why isn't the same requested of srj1967 and elvisfan4ever?
It seems that every post is the same thing, knocking someone or Lisa (please excuse me if I"m wrong, but it appears to be just about a daily occurance). It appears that the posts are there to create division between members, day after day. Someone will ask nicely if they wouldn't mind pulling back the reins a little, they are then told "don't read the thread then". "Don't be so sensitive".
It isn't just one poster who is asking nicely to please show some respect with regard to the negative tone of posting.
May I respectfully ask if the above thoughts from Tommy could be expanded to the above? No-one likes being "brought down", surely? I personally take exception to what is said about Lisa in a negative tone, to put it mildly.
I'm not wanting to cause problems, I'm trying to do the opposite. It would just be lovely if the place was fun, not a place to bash people who aren't here to defend themselves.
