I'm working on a cd cover for a cd called: This Is The Story...this cd is a story told by Elvis himself from the early hits till his last hit...but all in alternate takes (without studio talk)..hope you like the preview...cover will be soon in the artwork gallery...the bigger previews are also attached for better view..

I think the back and inside are real beauty's Patrick. The front and disc label label can still use some working on.

All with all a nice start in my fav. colour white

Funny cause i like the front more than the inside..and don't know what to do 'more' on the front cover...
For the disc cover your right..it's not the way i want it right now..the way i created it now..was the easy way..just matching it with the front cover...maybe i can match it more with the back cover..have to think that one over...any ideas Ron? like to hear what you mean by some working on..
Spend a lot of time on this one..wich shows i hope..

First of all. This is a FANTASTIC Story!! But i am wondering, since you said you used alternate takes, what did you use for example on TROUBLE, as far as i know there is no alt on that, is there?

i used for the trouble song...the movie version..with that talking intro..so it could be considerd as alternate take...but you will have all the details on the liitle booklet that i'm working on right now..it also will include were all songs are taken from ( i attached the first part of the booklet in this reply..so you can see the details presented)...i hope to finish this cover early next week...so watch this space..

It's up to yourself wich one you going to use..you can use the one with the 3 bigger pictures..or the one with the little story..cause i wanted to include them all..i spend so much time on this cover...that i wanted to share it all..lol

Well i hate to be spoiler here, but this is what the booklet gooing to look like at this time when opening it after printing 2-side.

hmmmmm... and i thought i had everything lined out...on the working file...had a lot of lines...and placed all the pics and text at the same lines...so evrything was at the same level...never tought of that booklet and the end result when printed...
Another thing learned... thank you for that..
So have to adjust asap...cause the covers are allready for download..
