animal cruelty?

i read this article in a newspaper:

Twiggy the water-skiing squirrel

this is a rare show-squirrel. he performs all over the world, and people of all ages are enjoying his water-skiing shows

his latest performance was today at the Tulsa Boat Show in Oklahoma

yea ok that was a short article. but my first thought was, animal cruelty

and i read that they also trained other animals to water-ski, two miniature horses, two French poodles, a black cat, an armadillo and a toad frog. They even taught a squirrel named Ollie to jet-ski

i was like, WHAT??? that is crazy!! i find it hard to believe, that these animals really enjoy what they're being trained to do. what do you think?

Some animals really do like to perform, others are forced and that's where animal cruelty comes into play and should be stopped.
