Blue Swirl (aka) Blue Rainbow Jumpsuit (1974-1976)

Bill Belew (who was NOT the designer of this suit) nicknamed this one the "Turnpike Suit". Here are a few detail pictures.

Brad's picture IS of the real suit. Notice the hand prick sticthed lapels that house the "boning" of the suit. A real tell-tale of fine tailoring. Also, notice the kick pleat on the other picture. No visible stitching. The kick pleat facings were all one piece, folded in.

This suit was also worn ( missing date) in Providence RI on June 22 1974 at the 8:30 evening show. i know this because I have a dvd with footage of the show from behind the stage and Elvis wore the suit ,but the guy labeled it from phily penn. probably because the Providence civic center ( now the dunkin donuts center ) had a huge P as its logo.
