Tom Hulett died some time back, but I can't recall when.
This is an excerpt from an article about a lawsuit to do with Concerts West, his promotion company ... The company is now known as AEG Live, and promotes such artists as Justin Timberlake and Celine Dion.
The appeal stemmed from a 2003 lawsuit in which Tina and Donald Hulett, children of the late concert promoter Tom Hulett, contended that they were the owners of the Concerts West service mark based on their father's prior use of the mark.

There are plenty of print interviews available from Tom, especially about Elvis. I've never seen any TV interviews, and I don't recall seeing any pics of him. I don't think I even knew what he looked like.
The above was the only thing I could find that mentioned his death, although I do remember reading his obit some time back, somewhere.
Maybe someone else here has more info?
theres all kinds of pics of him and elvis found in the following books, s/r/o.[jat], unseen elvis[jim curtin], and a shost of other books, in the candid gallery they have so many go take a look, and he's also the guy introducing E.P. to the little iandian girl, mayor, on cbs outakes. I wish i was a computer whiz , i would post the photos of him from the gallery, anyone out there help srj out.i am surpised though that you don't know who he is or havn't seen photo's of him.

No, I knew who he was of course, although I was never realy interested as he was a bit player in the Elvis world.
I do have the CBS outtakes with the little Indian girl. I shall have another look at the footage.
