    ELVIS Presley?s quiff has been voted the most iconic hairstyle of all time in a survey.

    The singer, who was born blond, dyed his hair jet black from his 20s.

    Marilyn Monroe came second in the poll of more than 4,000 adults.

    Audrey Hepburn?s ?up-do? style, made famous by the 1961 film Breakfast At Tiffany?s, was third.

    Princess Diana came fourth with her short, highlighted cut ? which cost her ?4,000 a year in styling and bleaching.

    Reggae legend Bob Marley?s dreadlocks rounded off the top five.
