Someone still thinks this way...what can we say...
I was reading one of my daily newspapers yesterday The Sun (English newspaper) and there was an article about Priscilla which said -
Elvis Presleys widow is spending the new year in an Irish castle.
Why do the newspapers always get it wrong?
I will contact them about this but it won`t do any good.
Don`t they realise she is Elvis`s ex-wife.

I don't know, even though they divorced I guess technically you could say she's his widow........

Divorced means marriage DISOLVED meaning NO LONGER VALID but she is persistant isn't she?
Yes, she is Diane.... and it sure makes me sick that people still say she is his widow.... She is the only person that I have ever heard of that that claims that even now. (29 years later and another son later)

I wonder what kind of deal they have made at Priscilla?s home and what her son might think about his "widow" mother ... it?s amazing what people is able to do and say for money and how much of it they can make out of others hard work and talent.

i feel sorry for the guy Priscilla lives with, maybe he doesn't care, but hell i think if i wsa him it might annoy me that she considers herself Elvis' widow (divorced long time ago now over 30 years ain't it) ahead of her current relo, which must be close to 20 years long.

His work has something dark about it, a bit devilish
It is weird

I for one, despite the fact I have been married and divorced twice myself, don't believe in divorce. Priscilla may or may not technically be Elvis' widow, but nonetheless, the loss she felt when he died 30 years ago would have been the same even if they'd stayed married. It's the article that claims Priscilla is the widow, it's not Priscilla saying she's the widow...as mentioned in the quote above...

No it is not Priscilla in the article claiming to be Elvis' widow but she never tries to correct that does she? And she's yet again found someone new so soon after the breakup with Marco. I can't believe her feelings go deep for any man when she flits from one to the next as soon as her relationship goes wrong so quickly and she has passed that down to her daughter........

I don?t want to start another argument based on the same silly thing but she claims she is since she keeps using her ex-husband name. Some people like her and some people don?t but is very clear she wants to be known for being his widow, she would use her real name or would have remarried if it wasn?t like that.
We just started 2007 but some things never change LOL
