a great tour - one of his best and too bad it wasn't filmed.
I haven't heard Witchita - has anyone?

Was thinking, and realized today 30 years ago Elvis performed in Dallas Texas on December 28th 1976. We all know how great that tour was. It was only 5 days, but it shore did make for some KILLER concerts thats for sure !!!
Think I will be playing Hot Winter Night In Dallas later on....
Any of you have a favorite show from this tour....
Guess mine would have to be Pittsburg..and closley 2nd to that would be Atlanta. Love the one and only live version of "Such A Night".

I have it on cdr. And after listening to it, I had to go lay down my head was hurting so bad because of the horrible sound! Sounds like the person who taped it was outside of the auditorium. Really would love it if a newer tape come up with better sound, because I would really love to hear the 1st version of Unchained Melody!!

My favourite show from that tour is Burning in Birmingham.
But no doubt that this was his best tour since the Texas-tour in `75.
