There's nothing on ebay!
eBay definitely your best bet. If there's nothing now, you'll only have to wait a few days. TTWII and On Tour outtake DVDs come up regularly.
The TTWII 11-disc set is amazing. While the pic quality isn't 100%, the footage will blow your mind.
I have the 6 disc set and it has up around 21 hours of footage on it. Haven't watched all of it yet but will eventually. The picture quality is pretty good, not great, but it is still great.

The set I got was just listed as THAT'S THE WAY IT IS OUTTAKES, and came in 11 plain DVDs.
If you just search under That's The Way It Is on eBay and refine your search to DVDs, you should be okay.
Like I said, they come up pretty regularly on eBay, under different titles.

Yes, about 95% of the stuff on the DVD outtakes set is unseen.
Also, there are several songs from different angles on stage. Most of the unseen stuff is from the rehearsals. A lot of the footage has 'PROPERTY OF TURNER CORP' emblazoned at the bottom of the screen, but you forget about that after a few minutes.
Some of the footage is without sound. Some has sound and no footage, but most is complete with sound.
The tapes were rumoured to have been stolen from MGM, copied, then put back.
Keep trying on eBay or do a Google search on THAT'S THE WAY IT IS OUTTAKES ...

I've got the 11 dvd set version, which has about 12 hours of footage, then I have the 6 dvd version which has about 22 hours, then I have a 31 dvd set which is suppose to have about 30 hours on them. I haven't got to watch the entire set of the 31 dvd set yet. I've seen the first 7 discs I think so far and the quality will blow all the others away

the best so far is one titled STRANGER IN THE CROWD it features the complete july/29/rehersal and runs for 1,37 minutes, the copy i got is in very good pic quality, it's got a real funny inclusion when E.P.asks charlie for the words to that stranger song[meaning stranger in the crowd], and just before going over to the piano and playing walk with me and the long version of how the web was woven , a great dvd .
I got mine from ebay - but I don't have some big DVD set or anything - it's just a single copy. But I did get it from ebay.

yup ebay is the best i got all my ttwii outtakes and all my on tour outtakes from there no one is selling any then all of a sudden there are too many to choose from just keep looking and something will come up and the prices for stuff are great
