JRtherealJR was saying that Elvis always wore these puffy pink slippers 24/7.
These slippers had a special made heel that increased Elvis' height by about two inches.
This is according to JRtherealJr.
No one knows for sure why Elvis wore these puffy pink slippers that increased his height for 24/7 until recently.
Elvis always wore them because he felt very insecure about only being 10 inches taller than Priscilla so he put these slippers on to be 12 inches taller than her.
That way Elvis didn't feel so inferior and insecure about his height when he was around Priscilla.

She looked like a young woman to me here, not a little girl at all... And I don't think Elvis cared so much about the difference between their heights.
