I just saw it listed on ebay. If I'm not mistaken, Elvis-Unlimited has the high bid at $100,000. Not that bad. I hear it needs a little TLC, but also, the houses in that area are all around that.. Cost of living is pretty low. I know someone who has a 2 story, 3 car garage, two year old house on a golf course they bought for $199,000. I sure wish house prices were that low around here.
I wonder EPE want buy it and set it up kind of like a museum or something.

Amazing, what the "Elvis Connection" can do to the value of anything associated with the man... If you have ever seen the house in person, and the condition of the surrounding area... Well, if not for having been Elvis' one time home... :'(
Uri Gellar is one person involved in the bidding. He says he is willing to go way more than the 400,000 that he bid when I read about him. He says he plans, if he wins the auction, to make it into a museum of Elvis oddities and strange and unusual facts about Elvis.
