Who can tell me if this a legitimate cd release?

Hi,

I'm not really sure about the story that's told in that Ebay add.

This cd had it's release in the eighties. All I know is the original Greatest Hits Volume 1 had a diff'rent cover and the songs in a diff'rent order.
It was an original RCA release. Pressed and distributed by BMG Arista/Ariola in Australasia.
