For Elvis Fans Only

I'm currently working on an alternate cover for the Import-CD "For Elvis Fans Only" from Lisa Records. If I remember correctly it was first released as a vinyl record. In times of CD's they took the same cover for the CD release, but what worked pretty well on a record cover, doesn't do anything to me as a CD sleeve.

I'll try now to work out a better one.;)

Here's the possible front cover. Any meanings?
