Another Famous Icon
Along with Elvis, I'm also a big fan of Marylin Monroe, and a friend of mine that works at Universal told me about a new documentary called "Marilyn's Man" done by her first husband. I haven't had a chance to see it yet, but I saw the trailer and there's a lot of information in it that I'd never heard before. I'm kind of curious to see how people react to it, it's funny how things like ths continue to come out years after someone's death.
Here's the trailer if anyone is interested:

I also am a fan of Marilyn Monroe, I actually just ordered Some Like It Hot and am waiting impatiently for it to finally arrive. I actually began my liking of her through my probably very unhealthy Kennedys obsession, but I think she was wonderful. As for this documentary, you can never really trust the credibility of information that always seems to come out years and years after the death of somebody along the lines of Marilyn or anybody else for that matter. However I always seem to believe everything. :) Now to get my hands on that DVD.

It is nice to hear that there are Marilyn Monroe fans too!! I have collected books and postcards from her for years! Now I'm focussing on gettin all the movies together, but not everyting is out on dvd/video, but maybe in the future.

In Holland they're using Marylin pictures for commercial use right now, with reference to a certain beer brand that wants to promote their "blonde" type of beer!
Really cool pics!

It's good to meet Marylin Monroe's fans. She's my favorite... I love everything of her: was beautiful, very intelligent and had a nice sweet-sexy voice too. (y)

That's nice friend (Fire_eyes): we're fans of Marylin! :P Some Like It Hot it's a very cool movie. I like Tony Curtis (and Elvis did too, right?) he was funny and did look really good. ;) About the Kennedys... No comments. :) And sure, you should see all kind of information from differents points of view to form one of your own...
