The cover would even look better if you invested some more time tu fuse that gorgeous Elvis portrait with the background. As it is, it's quite clear where the one picture starts and the other ends. One background is black (the one is the spotlight), the other is a sprinkled dark grey.
Anyway, that pic makes your design a fine one.
I fixed both problems! If you look at it, you will see that the "mistake" shown by UNCHAINED is no longer there. The black background has also been modified (thanks Manhattoe:D ).

You did some corrections beside his shoulder, but next to his hair I can still see that sprinkled background.
I don't want to be pedantic, but I think, this cover deserves a careful color correction.
