Frankie and Johnny - FTD, Vol. 2

Since the first F&J release from FTD omits a huge portion of the material available I think it would be a great idea to have a second volume. I'm working on it, but can't really decide which direction to go?!
Three ideas here - any comments heartily welcome!!!!!

Sorry the music from Frankie And Johnny was barely good enough to warrant one album let alone a second vol. Your designs on the other hand are first class my friend.
