December 20, 1970

At ten O'Clock in the evening, Elvis used the Alias " John Carpenter" as he boards an American Airlines flight to Washington.

December 21, 1970

After arriving in Washington DC at 6:30 AM. Elvis is invited to the White House to meet President Nixon in the mid afternoon.

December 22, 1970

Elvis arrives back in Memphis from visiting with President Nixon at the White House. He brings gifts for everyone at Graceland.

December 23, 1976

Elvis and Vernon, back in Memphis apologized for being late with their usual donations to local charities.

December 24, 1976

Elvis spends time with friends and family at Graceland.

December 25, 1976

Christmas was celebrated quitely at Graceland. Elvis gave Vernon a poem titled " My Dad". Vernon in turn gave Elvis a custom tailored white suit. Elvis gave Lisa Marie a golf cart that she and Elvis would ride around the grounds of Graceland.

December 26, 1976

Elvis prepares to start a five day concert tour.

December 27, 1976

Elvis leaves Memphis in the afternoon and starts his five day concert tour with a performance in Wichitia, KS at the University of Wichitia.

December 28, 1976

Elvis performs in Dallas Texas and gives a mind blowing performance at the Memorial Auditorium. 9,800 fans attended the 8:30 PM show. Elvis wore the white Indian Feather suit.

December 29, 1976

Elvis in great spirits gives another mind blowing performance in Birmingham, Al at the Civic Center Arena. Elvis wore the Inca Gold White Suit for his 8:30 pm performance. 18,056 fans attended the show.

December 30, 1976

Elvis performes in Atlanta at the Omni.

December 31, 1976

Elvis ends his tour with a mind blowing New Years Eve show in Pittsburgh, Pennaylvania at the Civic Cener. When Evis arrived and took the stage at 11:25 pm the temperture outside was nine degrees. After the show, Elvis returned to Memphis and threw a New Years Eve Party at Graceland.
