:DJohn Kennedy was once asked in a press conference, "What have you done for the woman in this country since you were elected"
Kennedy was way ahead of his time when it came to womans rights and equality of the sexes but his reply to the question in a tongue and cheek fashion was.
"Well I'm sure not nearly enough........"
;)

I did buy the All access pass which meant you got into the Air conditioned tent 10 mins before everyone else....
Re: Over 20 Elvis Week Events Under One Roof
I posted way back last year on here that there was going to be an air-conditioned pavilion set up, meaning a enclosed tent. It's not what you think though. It won't be opened for the public to stay cool in, except for those who buy a ticket to their ripoff, I mean live entertainment. ;)

No one bends anyones arm, nor harrasses them, nor extorts ticket sales to any place or event......Disneyland, White House, The Arch in St, Louis, pro ball games of all types, concerts, barn dances, Lincolns home in Illionois, etc......people buy tickets because they want to attend the event, knowing the upside and the downside of those places and events.........Graceland is no different.;);)

Um, I have to agree. I am going to Elvis week and will be gleefully spending hundreds of dollars in Memphis. That being said these people need to get on the stick ( as we say in Ky) and remodel the whole visitor center/museum/hotel. Graceland has been open since the Reagan administration for crying out loud, get it done already.

And you accuse me of being negative? Have you ever heard the line and philosophy
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" ?
Your comment is an opinion you hold.... but not necessarily fair or true.
