ELV1S: Trilogy
I'm working on a follow up for second to none...little dream project for me and maybe some other fans..i've just finished colourizing the 2 pics for the complete front cover, that's why there isn't any story on the insert cover. And i need a tracklisting also! so if you have some fav. songs that are NOT on 30 #1 hits and second to none, please feel free to post ( for the complete ones under us: the tracklist must be on a single disc, so no tracklist of 80+ minutes!)
But here is the cover so far...

Good work Patrick. Here is an idea (Just a thought really); one that you can forget I even mentioned if you like....LOL Since the name is Trilogy, why not have a tri-fold cover. You have a pic from the '50's and '70's represented, so you could add one from the '60's. Like I say, just a thought that came to me while viewing your cover. Take care and have a Merry Christmas!

I've been colourizing this pic for the back cover, do you like it? and should i use this pic for the back cover? or put it on the front cover and move the front pic to the back cover...

Looking very sharp, Ron! thanks a lot for helping me out here, i think i should this pic for the front cover, don't you think? cause it's a real beauty. Altough i like the pic i used for the front also...i will try to make some progress on this cover tonight, after i finished work. If i'm not to tired..it was a very busy week for me with christmas and so on, very busy moments for us at work.

in regard to what Deke Rivers said, thats a good idea. how bout they have the 3 pics of the different eras, have ELVIS 1 hits, 2nd to none, and the new compilation as a follow up to add to the complete collection

Thx Guys! As you can see i have a 70's pic, (early)60's pic and the colorized 50's pic (by the way..all pictures are colorized) so all decades are there..but no one on this board has tried to put a tracklist togheter... but here is mine:
Mystery Train
Baby, let's play house
Rip it up
I got a woman
I was the one
Young and beautiful
Baby i don't care
G I blues
Pocket full of rainbows
Flaming star
There's always me
Witchcraft
Summer kisses, winter tears
Working on the building
Love letters
Big boss man
Guitar man
Long black limousine
Stranger in my own home town
Where do i go from here?
I've lost you
You've lost that loving feeling
It's only love
If you talk in your sleep
Pieces of my life
For the heart
It's easy for you
Bonus Track: Twelfth of never (newly remastered)
I think this tracklist shows all aspects of Elvis amazing different styles of music, from rock and roll to gospel, from rock to ballads. I think it also gives the people a chance to hear a different side of Elvis, the talent the man had.
But the risk of this tracklist is also that the casual buyer doesn't know most of the songs, and there for will leave at the shelves of the music stores...what do you think?
