Unfortunatly no Doug, They go Live at 7pm UK..2pm Est..1pm Cst. the shows are a minimum of 3 hours long. To Pod cast the shows would take so much work,plus a big part of the show is the live chat,with all our friends. hope you can join us my friend:)

If you have never been to our shows before..you will need to allow the active X ( A drop down bar appears,asking to allow this) then allow the simple plugin ( it takes just seconds,and is all perfectly safe)... I have put a post on the radio section to help new flatcast users,if this helps at all my friend..we would Love you to join us:)
ok...got it.
maybe if someone recorded the shows using audacity and put the, albiet a long 3hour, mp3 on rapidshare for download later....i'm just thinking aloud...maybe its a silly suggestion.
