At the end of the day, it's just the latest bit of entertainment for people who can never know enough about Elvis. Why not get a little more psychoanalytical on our a$ses this time? Makes a change from the usual he said, she said rhetoric.
And it's not like we're obliged to believe a word of it, anyway. The sources are mainly anecdotal but probably very entertaining along the way. I can't wait!

I imagine they're hoping to do a formal UK launch later in the year, and to maximize their sales position in the early weeks they don't want the most reliable element of their market to have already sourced it elsewhere or the figures won't look as good ;)
