The on-line US iTunes store lists several Elvis Presley movies in High Definition format. According to the posting on the FECC Forum some of the titles are "Love Me Tender", It Happened At The World's Fair", Blue Hawaii", "That's The Way It Is" and Girl Happy". Perhaps a sign of things to come in the physical market.

I have just checked and there are no recent ELvis movies added to the US itunes store. No SD or HD... Too bad :(
In the US iTunes store there are many movies listed as being available in HD, while they've never been previously released in HD on bluray. Movies like Blue Hawaii, Speedway, Charro and Fun In Acapulco. Are these "real" HD movies, or upscaled?
Has anyone already purchased (or watched) any of these HD movies in the iTunes store? How's the quality of video and sound? I can't find reviews of these releases anywhere.
I rented TTWII from iTunes in HD but I was sure this was not true HD but upscaled to 720p. It looked no different to me.
I can't wait for more blu-ray! real HD fantastic....if it happens...
