Here are two more, although none of them is the one Jess was talking about.
I know which picture you mean, Jess, but I couldn't find it.

They played before 14,000 people in a stadium that later became the Gator Bowl. After his performance Elvis announced to the audience jokingly with a deep voice: "Girls, I'll see you backstage". The girls in the crowd went crazy in full riot, they jumped up immediately and rushed him to the locker room, and when they finally found him they started to rip and tear his jacket and pink frilly shirt along with his shoes. The guards and the others found him literally on top of the showers where he had climbed, he was scared stiff and looked like 'what'd I do?'. He held his pants in his hands and three or four policemen got to his aid. You can imagine the reaction of the Colonel. He had big dollar marks in his eyes and this was that particular event when he would be completely sold to the idea of Elvis' growth potential of being the biggest act ever break into national stardom, after breaking the act into Florida. This tour was a huge leap in this early stage of his career.

Joseph Pirzada in his book-DVD "Memphis Recording Service: The Rise of Elvis Presley, volume 2 -1955" (2006) page 181, explains about these photos: Elvis with Ardys Bell after the riots in Jacksonville, Florida, in july 28th, 1955.
From Page 176:
The Cashbox magazine reported on this performance "...before he could be rescued from his swooning admirers, they had relieved him of his tie, handkerchiefs, belt and the greater part of his coat and shirt". It was at this time thar Ardys bell bumped into Elvis who had taken his shirt off, was hidding out back near an ice machine. Ardys found Elvis eating ice from the machine and let her pose with him while her friend took a few photographs of the scared and shirt-torn Elvis. On the following night´s Jacksonville performance Ardys met Elvis again who remembered her and gave her a cuddle as they posed again for another photograph".
And here is the photograph from july 29th (page 182) ---->
