I still say no, okay, photos, yes someone has to absorb the price - the people who put the event on, perhaps? What if you go up to someone with an album/cd/book you've already paid for? Elvis signed more autographs in his short lifetime than did anyone else, I'd dare to say. Never once did he ask for a dime. And these millions of autographed papers/menus/playbills/album covers, etc are worth a lot of money. They aren't rare! Some member on this board probably have more than one!
