Lisa, I believe it is. A lot of the TTWII footage is not so rare anymore since much of it was included in the TTWII Special Edition from a few years ago. Still, unless you have all the TTWII and EOT outtakes there are some nice performances on there you may not have seen.
The clip was removed on YouTube, I loooove this song from "The Lost Performances" VHS. I found another clip from this song, it is still on YouTube:

For years, I always thought that the performance of this song came from August 12, 1970 MS (midnight show) which can be found on the new TTWII: The Complete Works boxset and "The Lost Performances") show. Did Elvis wear the "Chain" suit both on this night and the previous night of August 11, 1970?
