March 25, 1961: Hilton Hawaiian Village.
April 7, 1962: Hilton Hawaiian Village.
August 5, 1965: Hilton Hawaiian Village.
June 18, 1968: Hilton Hawaiian Village.
May 7, 1972: Coco Palms Hotel.
November 16, 1972: Hilton Hawaiian Village.
January 9, 1973: Hilton Hawaiian Village.
March 4, 1977: Hilton Rainbow Tower. After two days, the group moves to
