Just an OK routine concert from his final year.
No surprises at all. Diff'rent could be "Funny how time slips away" in the middle of the show.
Sound is OK indeed for an audience recording.
Just meant for the fans who wanna have it all.

Personally, I think this is one of Elvis' best shows from 1977! He seems very upbeat throughout the show, his voice is in fine form and he seems to be having a good time.
While the songlist is pretty standard for 1977, he just seems to attack almost every song he performed that night!! And, the ABSOLUTE highlight for me is the note that he hits at the end of CAN'T HELP FALLING IN LOVE!!! Without a doubt one of the best versions, if not THE best version, of that song from ANY show from the 70's! (h)
The sound quality on this CD is above average, in my opinion, for an audience recording. You can hear Elvis very well throughout the show!
Definitely an import CD to consider adding to your collection!! (y)

Re: ...Tonight 8:30 PM
for years we've had the pics and film of this particular show and now a great cd of a great performance just love fairy tale , and he doesn't sound tired as the show moves along , unfortunetly my copy has a scratch on it at the end and causes a sputter on the last 3 tracks , but i'm happy with this show, yes its true that it's nothing new but it is a great performance.
