Rubberneckin' in Change of Habit ?
I recently had the fortunate opportunity to be able discuss a few obscure possibilities concerning Elvis that has been eating at me for awhile but this conversation that I had with a unnamed RCA/BMG rep who has various inside knowledge about material Elvis did from over the years answered this question for me as follows :
Q. *:hmm:Does the entire segment of Elvis singing rubberneckin' from the impromtu jam session in the opening of Change of Habit with the sit in's exist in it's full uninterrupted visual self ? (Presently, we only have interupted segments of Elvis singing w/ the groupees while panning back & forth to Mary Tyler Moore & company.)
A. YES !!! It does and I have seen it along with various outtakes of the group practing for this take(takes). Elvis looks great and alot of carrying on among everyone ensued. He mentions Elvis playing the guitar alot and going into other funny songs which caused for many retakes.
................:hmm:Does anyone have any of this and can anyone out there also confirm this as mentioned from this gentleman ? :hmm:I've seen the uninterrupted version on YOU TUBE but I'm interested in all the outtakes associated along with this.(y)
Best to Everyone(y)
